Description
As a Mum, I understand the struggle that can be school lunches! It’s one thing just getting it packed, let alone making sure it’s giving your growing child all they need to thrive.
I created this recipe collection to help you out. It’s laid out in a two week format, so you can use it in a fortnightly cycle. This means it gets quicker and quicker over time, and while you are repeating recipes no one gets bored with the same thing day in and day out.
Some days are simple ideas, some are recipes which can be stored for grab and go options another day. Perfect for days when you just don’t have time, or need something for an after school snack attack.
All the recipes and ideas are gluten free, and based on getting in adequate protein and lots of vegetable variety. Protein is essential for growing children, it helps to keep their energy and blood sugars stable and it keeps them feeling full. Variety in vegetables means variety in nutrients, this is beneficial in all areas of growth and development.
My kids have quality controlled all of these lunchbox ideas, so I hope your children love them just as much.
